This corporate venture began in 1962 when Rafael Pascual, a brave entrepreneur, began showing how determination and constant efforts always lead to success over the years.

In 1967 his company became the leading manufacturer of upholstery flocking materials. In 1972 they began manufacturing their own machinery for velvet production in view of increasing demands for this product. This investment enabled the company to obtain a huge success with its imitation leather after perfecting their flocking technology. Ten years later, AquacleanGroup achieved more success by selling Courtisane, an international product sold in over 80 countries. In 1999, AquacleanGroup opened its first branch office in the USA, followed by a daughter company in Poland in 2006.
